Dylan Quigley

Staff Attorney

Dylan Quigley joined the Youth Law Center as a Staff Attorney in 2024 and is currently based in San Diego. His work focuses on education justice for systems-involved youth, with an emphasis on K-12 issues in California. Prior to YLC, Dylan spent three years providing direct representation to San Diego foster youth with education legal issues. He has also worked as a state and federal public defender. Outside of work, Dylan loves collecting odd reference books, growing California native plants, and his dog, Peter Quigglestein.
