Policy Brief – Completion of Postsecondary Education and Training Programs

Former foster youth are most able to succeed in higher education and trianing programs when they receive supports tailored to the unique challenges they face.  This California Foster Youth Education Task Force’s policy brief on completion of postsecondary education and training programs discusses the laws and public, private and partmership programs that support former foster youth in higher education and training programs as well as provides possible courses of action to ensure that former foster youth receive that support.
