The following template letters can be used as part of your advocacy to (1) request that a youth be referred for a FYI voucher and a FUP voucher;( 2) to request that your child welfare agency take action to begin an FYI program; and (3) a request from a young person to be referred for a FYI or FUP voucher. These tools can be used by advocates in all states.
