Estate planning is a critical tool for transition age foster youth to build financial security, protect their assets, and plan for the future. This webinar by California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) will discuss what civil legal aid attorneys working with TAY need to know about estate planning tools such as wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and caregiver authorization, which will empower young people to establish control over their financial and personal decisions.
1.5 hours of general MCLE credit will be available for California attorneys.
To register please email Natalie Reynolds, nreynolds@ylc.org.
